What you'll be doing

Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquires

Interpret customers instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes

Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems

Perform these tasks within the service level agreements of the division

Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times

About You



What you'll bring to the team

A passion for excellent Customer Services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand the core of a customer's issue

Basic understanding of mortgages

Working hours



Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week - hybrid role 2/3 days per week in the office.
