About the Role:



As a Customer Service Team Member at Hanna, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on product availability, prices, and processing customer orders. This is a varied and exciting role, with plenty of opportunities for growth and development within the team. From answering customer calls to liaising with our sales and warehouse teams, your day will be filled with tasks that keep you engaged and busy. You'll be ensuring customers have a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Responding to customer calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information about product availability, prices, and delivery details.

Order / Service Processing:

Efficiently and accurately processing customer orders and service requests using our order management software.

Problem-Solving:

Resolving issues such as delivery queries or product alternatives, and offering additional solutions where appropriate.

Collaboration:

Working closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information.

Reporting & Admin:

Keeping our customer database up-to-date, generating regular reports, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Product Knowledge:

Keeping up to date with our full range of products and services to provide the best possible advice to customers.

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Experience with order processing software like Sage, Xero, or Pegasus is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll need to be confident in answering questions, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Organizational Skills:

The ability to multitask, prioritize your workload, and stay organized is key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.

Customer Focused:

A genuine passion for delivering top-notch service. You should understand the importance of customer satisfaction and be commercially minded.

Tech-Savvy:

Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Email) and a willingness to learn new software as necessary.
