Availability for shifts between earliest start of 08.00 and latest finish of 21:00. 5 days over 7 Experience as a Receptionist / Front of house advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, typing skills, Canva Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., Scanner and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues or complaints arise Excellent organisational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude

Responsibilities of post



Greeting Members, providing information through several channels such as face to face, Email, or social media Taking payments / Cash handling Booking members into the centre, Setting up memberships Call handing and redirection Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and presentable Provide administration support when required Maintain Centre security by following safety procedures and controlling access via electronic doors and carpark barrier system Maintain visitor's log Receive, sort, and distribute daily post/deliveries Stock taking and ordering
Salary will be depending on experience & age

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
