We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers and our production and sales teams. Translating customer requirements into project specifications that can be transferred into the production process. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through effective problem-solving and support.
Duties
Build, develop and maintain direct communication with an appointed customer base both in conjunction and independent of the sales team.
Work cross functionally with all business departments to deliver excellent customer service.
Comply with all company policies and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety and Wellbeing.
Promote equality and diversity across all areas through effective policy implementation and demonstrate appropriate behaviours in line with company values.
Process customer orders and ensure that all requirements are met in a timely and effective manner.
Pro-actively manage customer orders through MIS and ensure that all requirements are met in a timely and effective manner.
Provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
Commit to accurate invoicing across all jobs and work with price matrixes and schedules.
Routinely work with suppliers to fulfil customer requirements.
Prepare quotation and pricing for customers.
Build a product / service knowledge on business offerings and match customer needs with business wants.
Work in conjunction with the contracts manager to help prepare tender bids.
Experience
Proficiency in English is essential.
At least one years' previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with data entry processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the print industry is desirable, but not essential.
Project Management experience is desirable, but not essential.
