Customer Services Representative required by Freight & Logistics Company based in Bradford. Salary dependent on skills and experience.
We are recruiting for a new member of staff to work in our busy customer services department. The role will require you to take telephone/ e-mail enquiries from our many clients, to negotiate and convert them into a shipment and to then book them onto our transport IT platform so they can be delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have had some experience in a customer service and/ or sales environment although not necessarily in the transport industry. We need someone with first class telephone skills, to be able to communicate in a confident manner and have good numerical and PC skills. This is a position with excellent prospects and will be based in Low Moor Bradford.
