What You'll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional service during every customer interaction
Helping customers make informed decisions about products and services
Updating internal systems accurately and in line with GDPR
Working collaboratively with other departments
Retaining customers and identifying personalised solutions
Focusing on quality --
inbound calls only, no call targets
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for helping people
Strong communication and active listening skills
A caring, empathetic approach
Minimum
2 years' customer service experience
Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Self?motivated and able to manage your own workload
