Purpose of Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing a professional and efficient front-of-house service, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors and staff.
The CSR is responsible for supporting the facilities management service by managing calls, greeting visitors, and providing an efficient communication route to management teams. This role is often the first point of contact for staff and visitors, requiring a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and greet visitors professionally, issuing passes as required.
Provide an efficient communication route into management teams and handle email correspondence.
Organize travel and accommodation bookings and order stationery.
Sort, weigh, and frank post; manage special deliveries and distribute incoming mail.
Ensure compliance with VINCI Facilities systems and procedures, using IT tools effectively.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to use standard IT and phone systems effectively.
Organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is advantageous.
