The Role
Due to continued growth, we're looking for a
Customer Service Operative
to join our friendly and dynamic team.
You'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients -- coordinating shipments, resolving queries, and ensuring clear communication between customers, carriers, and internal teams for both domestic and international freight.
This is a
full-time, office-based position
offering great opportunities to learn, grow, and progress within a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
Ideally 1+ year of customer service experience (not essential -- we'll provide full training)
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Positive mindset with a desire to learn and succeed
What We Offer
24,500 - 26,500
base salary (depending on experience)
