MAIN PURPOSE
We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Supervisor based out of Central Hub in Aldridge, with a full UK and Global support remit.

Hours: Full Time (39 hours) on a weekly paid contract
Pension - Auto Enrolment pension after 12 weeks with B&CE The People's Pension. Free Life and Accident insurance paid by Company.
Reporting to Neil Thomas, Regional Director and responsible for Managing our Customer Service section.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate must have H&S appreciation and FLT trained. Be able to demonstrate site experience with knowledge of erecting RMDK and competitors products with the ability to discuss the site drawings to resolve any issues.
There will be extensive driving within the UK and overseas. A clean driving licence is essential coupled with the overnight periods away with the occasional overseas trips assisting customers (paid for by the company). Passport also needed.
General IT proficient to present on site PowerPoint training or at the customers location of choice and deal with emails.
A 3 month probation will apply for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will have access to company van (tax implications), weekly pay with Company bonus.
