We are recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Stewarts Christchurch.

An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team at Stewarts Christchurch assisting in the management of our customer service team. Duties will include daily set up and closing of the tills, reception and cash office, providing quality efficient service to our customers.
The candidate will also be responsible for completing reconciliation of daily takings including banking and input of figures onto daily cash sheet and processing gift cards/vouchers. Applicants must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel and have experience leading a team of people alongside previous
experience of cash handling procedures. The post will cover duties on our customer service desk, tills and cash office. Candidates will be expected to supervise and manage the team in support of department manager.
The job involves working the following days/hours: Monday to Friday and alternate weekends with a day off during the week, to also include late night Thursdays on a rota basis - 40 hours average per week.
