Keramikos Ltd is a well-established market leader who specialises in Printing on Ceramics, Plastic, Glass and Stainless Steel for the Marketing and Promotional Industries.

With an excellent reputation for producing high quality products and superb levels of customer service. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative to work within a busy office. Candidates will be required to have demonstrable customer service experience as well as strong administration skills.

You will be based in the Customer Service/Sales team and daily tasks and responsibilities include:

Quoting, processing orders using our In-house computer system. Processing and packing samples. Taking calls and responding to client's emails and requests. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work as part of team, also to work individually and be able to manage their own work load. Accurate and organised Be Diverse and open to work in different areas when needed.
Have experience using Outlook and be computer literate.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working -

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm with 1 hour lunch

Holidays, 22 days + bank holiday's

Pension, Work place pension

Salary - negotiable dependent on experience.

Location - Alfreton, Derbyshire.
