What You'll Be Doing:

Efficient Order Processing:

You'll accurately and promptly process customer sales orders using

Sage 200

, ensuring smooth operations with your strong keyboard skills and attention to detail.

Customer Support:

Be a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering professional, friendly, and efficient assistance.

Information Provider:

Clearly and accurately provide information about our products and services, listening carefully to customer needs to offer the best solutions.

Order Management:

Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Relationship Building:

Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by suggesting relevant products or services that meet their evolving needs.

Accurate Record Keeping:

Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions within our systems.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to continually improve our service delivery and boost overall customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide the most current and helpful support.
What We're Looking For:

Experience:

A solid background in a customer service or administrative role, with a focus on data entry and order processing.

Sage 200 Proficiency:

You should be comfortable and confident using Sage 200 but not essential.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside a professional and approachable telephone manner.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional keyboard skills and a keen eye for accuracy in all tasks.

Work Ethic:

A proactive and hardworking attitude, with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Local Candidate:

You must reside

locally to Bishop's Stortford

or within an easy commuting distance.
