Customer Service/sales Administrator

Job Description

The role is varied and you will be solely responsible for managing the whole day to day sales and customer service function so you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and have been in a similar role previously. The ideal candidate must be experienced, be accurate, organised and flexible individual who can proactively ensure we are maximising efficiencies and must prioritise their own workload whilst working in a fast paced office environment. You must have excellent customer service, sales administration skills and have a good memory for many products which change seasonally.

Responsibilities:



Being an ambassador for the brand and first point of contact for customers and sales agents.

Responsible for the whole office day to day sales office function- answering phone calls and answering email enquiries.

Accurately imputing incoming sales orders for the brand, maintaining/updating customer records, producing picklist and checking sales invoices all on our bespoke software system and database.

Accurately checking stock levels and relaying information to customers.

Handling all customer service matters, ensuring matters are addressed or resolved quickly and efficiently.

Proactively making calls and sending emails to existing or new customers and sales agents, chasing business and advising on new collections, promotions/special offers or clearance deals.

Liaising with Designers and Social Media teams to assist with sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.

Assisting with the managing of the distribution of sales and marketing material to customers and agents.

Following up on sales leads and assisting with after sales support.

Producing regular and seasonal sale reports on Excel.

May attend occasional sales meetings and trade shows.

Skills required:-



Sales Office experience essential

Ideally from a branded product background.

Excellent telephone manner and accurate and quick inputting skills.

Must be accurate with an attention to detail.

Must have good level of IT and Excellent Excel knowledge.

A proactive, positive and conscientious work ethic.

Ability and willingness to pickup and absorb product knowledge quickly.

Logical analytical and troubleshooting skills

Being an organised record keeper and sales administrator who follows up on activities.

A Genuine passion and energy for the brand and its products.

Permanent, Start date ASAP, Location Elland, Hours of work Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, with additional hours during busy periods.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.85 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
