Customer Service / Sales Adminisdtrator
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Track quotes and orders for customers and the company.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyse customer accounts and provide accurate and detailed information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well on your own and also part of a team
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Microsoft Office 365 experiance is essential. (word/excel/powerpoint/outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience is essential
