Location: Gretna | Full-time (40 hrs/week)

We're looking for a Customer Service Sales Adviser to assist customers with orders, returns, enquiries, and sales support.
Requirements:
Customer service/sales experience (Automotive sector preferred)
Knowledge of Automotive Tools & Equipment
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in CRM software & relevant applications
