Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally in person, providing excellent customer support and client services
Assist customers with the signup process using effective communication and sales techniques
Manage data entry using POS system
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales for analysis and reporting purposes
Build rapport with clients and resolve issues promptly
Support team efforts by collaborating on sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client outreach strategies is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
No experience required as coaching is provided plus a personal mentor
