Job Description

We're looking for an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our team in Chelmsford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, wants to build confidence and communication skills, and is looking for a career with progression.

You'll be working face-to-face with customers, supporting live sales and marketing campaigns, representing brands, and helping drive results through great customer service. No experience is needed -- we provide full training.

What you'll do

Speak with customers directly to promote products and services Deliver excellent customer service through clear, friendly communication Assist with live sales campaigns and daily promotional activity Build rapport, answer questions and guide customers through options Generate interest, gather feedback and support sales outcomes Represent clients professionally in customer-facing environments Work closely with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
