We are accepting candidates who are looking for either Full Time or Part Time work.
Who We Are:
At Epic Militaria, we specialize in military and outdoor clothing, Military surplus, and historical re-enactment gear. We may be a small company, but our global customer base keeps us busy! Our workplace is welcoming, supportive, and full of exciting products to discover.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting customers with product queries and resolving issues over the phone and via email
Taking orders over the phone and helping walk-in customers find what they need
Handling returned products and ensuring orders are checked and sent to the warehouse for packing
Work with our couriers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A keen eye for detail and the ability to solve issues independently
An interest in our products--or a willingness to learn!
