The Role
As a UK Customer Service & Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our UK customer relationships -- ensuring every client receives exceptional service, stays engaged with our products, and continues to grow with us.
Your focus will be on building relationships, driving retention, and supporting campaign-led sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries (by phone and email)
Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Manage and update client portals (pricing, product information, usage data)
Maintain accurate hospital and account records in our CRM
Identify training opportunities and provide product support to customers
Monitor customer usage and spot opportunities to improve retention
Contribute to quarterly sales and retention campaigns
Meet KPIs and deliver against achievable quarterly targets
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales
Confident using CRM systems and MS Office tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable:
Experience in telesales or sales support roles
Background in healthcare, med-tech or B2B environment
Great time management and team collaboration skills
