We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service/ Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Duties
Reception - taking telephone calls, dealing with visitors, accepting deliveries.
Assisting customers with various mobile and fixed telephony issues - bill queries, sim swaps, handset problems, mobile email queries, tariff advice, international queries and all other issues.
Liaising with Mobile Networks on behalf of customers
Responsible for arranging courier collections and general post.
Office administration - scanning, filing, data base entries.
Using the billing platform - update customer records, enter telephone numbers, tariff details, etc and assist with month end billing.Receive contracts from Sales dept and check they're completed correctly.
Enter deals on iData database
Submit connection information to network.
Order handsets, send out sims
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
