A proactive phone-based approach is essential
-- we're looking for someone confident picking up the phone, having great conversations, and nurturing those all-important long-term client relationships.
You'll also support after-sales enquiries from our website customers, with the help of automated tools and AI-driven processes to keep things efficient and on-brand.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing
B2B client accounts
across sectors like retail, education, exhibitions, healthcare, and events
Identify high-potential customers using our
CRM system
and drive repeat orders and upsell opportunities
Pick up the phone and follow up on quotes, open enquiries, and warm leads -- you'll own the sales process
Provide expert advice and tailored product recommendations over phone and email
Use automated tools and templates to handle occasional after-sales enquiries efficiently
Liaise with internal departments (logistics, purchasing, marketing) to ensure smooth customer experiences
Keep CRM records, notes, and pipelines accurate and up to date
Who You Are
You've got experience in
B2B sales

You're a natural communicator who builds rapport quickly -- especially over the phone
You're commercially focused, proactive, and have an eye for identifying opportunities
You enjoy being in the office, working collaboratively with a close-knit team
You're tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and AI-based support systems
Experience with Shopify, Salesforce, or other
eCommerce and CRM platforms

Package:
- Starting Salary: 27,000 - 30,000/per annum depending on experience
- Office based 09.00 - 17.30, Mon - Fri, 1 hour for lunch
- 25 annual leave days plus bank holidays (usually 8 days), with 3 days to be taken for the office shutdown between Christmas & New Year.
