We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting their ongoing success with our products and services. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and other communication channels
Maintain accurate records through data entry and CRM updates to track client interactions and progress
Analyse client feedback and usage patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
Develop customised solutions to meet client needs, including upselling additional products or services where appropriate
Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning our offerings accordingly
Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues swiftly and efficiently
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills in all client interactions
Requirements
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual) is highly desirable
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling techniques
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Multilingual capabilities are considered a significant advantage
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
