The Role



We're looking for a

Customer Success Associate

to join our team. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for key accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of services and a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for order processing, sourcing third-party suppliers, and assisting with training administration. This role supports the Customer Success Manager by taking care of the detail, allowing the wider team to focus on strategic account development and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for enterprise accounts. Process client orders accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems. Source and obtain quotes from third-party suppliers for external training needs. Prepare and issue client quotes and proposals under the guidance of the Customer Success Manager. Assist with training administration, including adding delegates and managing logistics. Support routine client enquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Attend training reviews with the Customer Success Manager, recording notes and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate client records and contribute to positive, professional client communication.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Clear and professional written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Comfortable using CRM and booking systems (HubSpot, Slack, and in-house systems). Basic problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues where appropriate.

Pay: 24,420.00-27,180.00 per year
