Are you a people person with a knack for making events magical? We're a growing photo booth and events company looking for a

Customer Success & Event Specialist

to be the friendly face of our brand. This is a rewarding, part-time role that blends client management, creative work, and logistics.

While the role is mostly remote, you'll be a vital part of our team, connecting regularly with our London-based operations team and attending in-person networking/marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them from the initial booking all the way to post-event follow-up.

Event Logistics:

You'll manage the finer details, including liaising with venues, arranging parking, and coordinating with our logistics team to ensure seamless event delivery.

Creative Design:

You'll use your creative skills to craft custom photo booth designs that bring our clients' visions to life.

Team Coordination:

You'll brief and support our team of freelance event attendants, making sure they have all the information and tools they need to succeed.

Marketing & Networking:

You will attend occasional marketing and networking events to represent our company and help grow our business.

Training & Onboarding:

You will be involved in training new freelance staff, sharing your expertise and ensuring a high standard of service.
We're looking for someone who is exceptionally personable, highly organised, self disciplined and can manage multiple tasks with a detail-oriented approach. This role requires someone who thrives on building relationships and ensuring every client experience is perfect.

Hours & Compensation:

Salary:

15,000 - 18,000 per annum

Location:

Mostly Remote, with a requirement to come into our Egham office approximately once per week for meetings and training. Attending some events in London is also required.

Additional Income:

Opportunities for extra hours as a freelance event attendant are also available. There is an opportunity to earn commission on sales.
