Customer Success Executive

This is a junior-friendly role with plenty of support and training -- perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a career in customer success.

You'll be the helping hand that keeps our customers happy and a key support to

Sales Manager

, so she can focus on growing our brand and future projects.

What You'll Be Doing:



Customer Success & Support (your core focus)



Being a warm, friendly first point of contact via phone, email and the website inbox to our customers. Build positive-long term relationships with customers so they feel supported, valued, and confident coming back to us time and time again Managing customer enquiries, product questions, order updates and general support Processing orders Taking payments and sending invoices, when customer require. Supporting customers with returns, collections and replacements Managing backorders, cancellations, alternatives and communicating wait times

Supporting Sales Manager



Helping with day-to-day administrative tasks Preparing reports and simple spreadsheets Updating product information (images, descriptions, related products) Helping with email campaigns in Klaviyo (training provided) Assisting with website content updates Supporting team with planning and attendance at exhibitions

General Administration



Maintaining organised digital filing and shared documents Assisting with stock-related tasks (goods issue, returned parcels) Creating proformas, credit accounts and updated price lists Supporting other teams with clear communication and teamwork -- always living our One Big Teamprinciple

What We're Looking For:



A positive, friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people Someone who brings kindness and patience to customer conversations Great attention to detail and accuracy Confident using email, Word and Excel Comfortable handling phone calls and customer questions Able to prioritise and stay organised in a busy environment A team player who is easy to deal with and happy to pitch in Previous experience in customer service, admin or CRM systems is a bonus -- but not essential
