What You'll Be Doing



You'll become a central point of contact across the business, supporting customers while collaborating closely with every department in the business to keep everything running smoothly.

Supporting our business customers with a mixture of technical questions, troubleshooting, quote requests and logistics queries Working with our custom-built fulfilment platform to maintain efficient, high-quality operational workflows Troubleshooting anything from network hardware to smart automation devices, and guiding customers to a resolution Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to streamline customer communication Helping customers understand and use our products through clear explanations, practical guidance, and well-structured advice Supporting the Sales, Product & Purchasing teams by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring accurate product information
