As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a central role in ensuring our clients are fully supported, delighted with our services, and able to achieve maximum value from their partnerships with us. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships, managing queries, and collaborating across teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
A significant part of this role involves working closely with customer and other data - extracting, handling, interpreting, and managing. We are therefore looking for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and capable of maintaining high concentration and focus when working with data.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding and ongoing engagement of client accounts
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted adviser
Collect, process and quality control customer data and its integration into products
Manage, analyse, and communicate customer and engagement data to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating where necessary
Track and report on client engagement and success metrics
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to support client needs and objectives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM
Ensure clients meet their objectives and renew their services with us
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail, methodical in approach, and able to concentrate and focus on often repetitive data-oriented tasks
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client services is desirable
Comfortable working with data in Excel - analysing and summarising information clearly and concisely
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organised, and goal-oriented
Collaborative team player, but also content to work independently during busy periods to meet important milestones
Comfortable with digital tools and systems (experience with CRM systems or data platforms is a plus)
As a global business foreign language skills are always a welcome bonus but fluency in both written and oral English is absolutely essential
We welcome applications from graduates or non-graduates with relevant experience who can demonstrate a strong alignment with the requirements of the role
