About the Role



As a Customer Success Manager at Edun, you'll be the trusted advisor for our clients -- ensuring they get the very best from our platform. You'll be both the friendly face for support queries and the strategic partner helping clients unlock the full potential of Edun.

Your day-to-day will include:

Responding to customer support requests promptly and professionally. Creating and executing success plans tailored to each client's goals. Proactively identifying opportunities for clients to improve their usage and outcomes. Providing product training, demonstrations, and best-practice guidance. Acting as a subject matter expert for all Edun features and tools. Collaborating with our product and development teams to relay customer feedback and insights.

About You



You're a great communicator with a passion for technology and customer experience. You enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and helping others achieve success.

We'd love you to have:

Experience in a SaaS or tech-based customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Support). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in learning and mastering software platforms. A proactive mindset -- you're always looking for ways to improve customer outcomes.
Experience in the education or recruitment sectors would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
