What You'll Be Doing



As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the voice of our customers inside the business. You'll:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Ensure clients get maximum value from our solutions Nurture our supply partners and handle all referrals Identify opportunities for growth and upselling Collaborate across departments to improve customer experience Help shape our customer success strategy as we grow Develop your career--with a clear path to roles like Head of Sales & Marketing
