We're looking for a diligent and focused Customer Success Manager, working specifically with French business clients. Experience in B2B customer relations is a must.

ABOUT YOU:



Working alongside our Client Services Experts, the perfect person for this role will be comfortable collaborating with team members, whilst also being adept at working independently and proactively managing their workload (tracking, reporting and managing active client accounts).

Empathy, assertiveness, and a high EQ are paramount for this position. First and foremost, as an organisation we strive to support and assist clients with their repayments.

The role will require the successful candidate to keep clients - plus stakeholders - regularly updated as to the status of their cases. You will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with challenging clients, as well as handling complaints, contracts and complex queries.

You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail - the accuracy and quality of documentation produced, information provided and records maintained are of the upmost importance to achieving successful outcomes. As such, our new team member will need to have strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal), as well as experience working with a CRM system.
