We are expanding and need a commercially minded customer success professional who protects our reputation, supports sales activity, and improves customer retention.
Role Purpose
Manage customer relationships after purchase, track deliveries, follow up open enquiries, and support front-line sales calls. Drive satisfaction, ensure repeat business, and support the sales pipeline. This role sits between customer service and commercial growth - not a call centre job.
Key Responsibilities
Track daily order delivery status and confirm fulfilment
Call customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and check if they need anything further
Crisis management
Follow up pending enquiries and check status of open deals
Maintain CRM records, tasks, and follow-up schedules
Answer incoming sales calls and raise quick quotes with pricing and product details
Pass larger sales opportunities to the sales team
Track open support tickets and ensure resolution within agreed timeframes
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business opportunities
Maintain strong ongoing relationships with active accounts
Support customer lifetime value and reduce churn
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in customer success, account management, or sales support
Professional phone manner and confidence dealing with B2B customers
Strong written communication
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
CRM competency (Zoho CRM)
Commercial awareness -- not just admin
Advantageous: Experience with Audio Visual or IT products
