Salary: 35,000 - 37,500 + Discretionary Bonus | Mon-Fri | 40 hours per week, office based | Immediate Start



Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for helping customers and growing accounts? At Growtivation, we're on the lookout for a motivated and personable Client Relationship Executive to join our growing Sales team in Lancing, West Sussex.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with inside sales experience who enjoys working closely with clients, managing accounts, and being part of a supportive, values-driven company.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and nurture a portfolio of trade clients in the building and landscaping industries. Make proactive sales calls to existing and prospective clients. Prepare quotes, proposals, and respond to sales enquiries. Support the Key Account Manager and collaborate closely with the Sales Manager. Use HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and customer service to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an internal sales or customer relationship role. A confident communicator who's comfortable making sales calls daily. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

What You'll Get
