What You'll Be Responsible For
Customer Onboarding and Success:
Equip new clients for success by delivering tailored onboarding and training programs that drive engagement and proficiency.
Strategic Relationship Building:
Lead post-implementation reviews and ongoing feedback sessions, transforming client insights into actionable improvements. Turn mistakes into money.
Growth Driver:
Collaborate with sales and ops to uncover upsell opportunities and create strategies to expand software usage across accounts.
Impactful Storytelling:
Gather compelling client success stories, case studies, ROI narratives, and testimonials that showcase the effectiveness of Multivista solutions. Share our stories.
Client Interaction & Travel:
Act as the face of Multivista across the southern UK, strengthening client relationships through direct engagement, at both virtual and in-person meetings.
The Experience You'll Bring Us
3+ years proven track record in client-facing roles, ideally in tech, construction, or the property industry.
Strong communication skills. You can lead remote training sessions, present confidently, and collaborate effectively to increase client adoption.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrable knack for identifying and executing growth opportunities within client accounts.
Experience gathering and organising client feedback to inform business decisions.
Comfortable working from a small regional office, with travel across the southern UK as part of your client success strategy.
