Offshore Virtual Assistant Service - 'Sprint VA'

built on our proven systems and strategies. In just over a year we've scaled from 2 staff to nearly 150 team members, serving 200+ clients, and we're still growing fast.

The Role

We're hiring a

Client Success Manager

to become the bridge between our clients and their Virtual Assistants. This is not a VA position, it's a strategic, client-facing, account management role.

Your focus will be on:

Running check-in calls with clients (via Zoom) Keeping clients engaged and supported through WhatsApp messages Helping clients shape and adjust their marketing strategy with their VA Spotting opportunities for upselling additional support packages Ensuring clients are satisfied, supported, and seeing results

What You'll Need

Experience in

social media marketing

and a good understanding of small business growth Proven ability to

build relationships

and manage client expectations Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Confidence in making strategic suggestions, not just taking notes Sales / customer service experience (upselling / renewals / account management) is essential

The Details

Freelance, remote role

16 hours per week

(4 hours per day, Monday-Thursday, during UK working hours)

20 per hour

50 bonus for each successful upsell

Ongoing role with room to grow alongside the business

Earnings:

20/hour (approx. 1,280/month)

plus bonuses
