As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic professional to help provide high-level executive support to our Managing Director.

Salary: up to 40,000k basic plus commission OTE 62,500+



What You'll Do



This is a varied and exciting position that focuses on

customer success

. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Success:



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our sponsors, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor Guide new and existing sponsors through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our event format and best practice model in order to get the most out of their work with us Work closely with sponsors to gather content and prepare information for tailored event briefings Lead sponsor pre-event briefing calls, ensuring seamless preparation and personalised follow-ups post call Keep sponsors engaged with regular updates and excellent communication including detailed post event breakdown of who attended an event, who has taken follow ups, provide delegate contact information and reporting Conduct regular catch-up calls to strengthen sponsor relationships - you will be the main point of contact for the day to day work with our sponsors Coordinate cross-team initiatives and monitor project deadlines Build long term client relationships and have a really proactive, timely communication with all of our sponsors Guide new customers through the best practice implementation and proactively identifying, flagging and resolving potential issues to ensure our customers achieve the best possible return on investment and results from working with Increase Group Sponsor Advocacy: Advocate for sponsor needs internally, relaying feedback and pain points to internal teams like audience acquisition and operations Provide sponsors with strategic advice, best practices, and tailored guidance to help them succeed with our event model Work closely with the MD, her EA, the Audience Acquisition Director, the Content Director and Operations and liaise with all departments as needed You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team in this role and join the weekly SLT meetings Input the sponsor reps details into the master delegate sheet Let operations know post event who needs to be approached for the follow up meetings

What We're Looking For



Skills & Experience



Proven background as an Executive Assistant, PA, Customer Success, or Account Manager Brilliant organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities Exceptional written and verbal communication Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information Confident in managing client relationships and event-related tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
