The Opportunity

TARA is a SaaS platform built by Envisionsoft to enable businesses to identify, optimise and harness the potential of their teams through Training and Compliance.

The Purpose



The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for serving as a primary contact for a number of key strategic Customers.

The Customer Success Manager will work closely with other members of the Envisionsoft team to expand our footprint in named accounts and help them to successfully deploy across the industry. We are looking for a customer-first, commercially minded individual who has consistently delivered revenue, retention and growth. A believer in our people-first philosophy, with evidence of existing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management



Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients Identify, establish contact and develop relationships with new stakeholders within existing accounts Build trust through regular site check-ins (monthly / bi-monthly) and ongoing account management

Onboarding & Training



Lead onboarding sessions to ensure smooth customer adoption of TARA Deliver client training and product knowledge sessions, adapting delivery style to meet customer needs Support customers to build confidence using TARA and progress them towards long-term success

Product Knowledge & Support



Develop in-depth knowledge of TARA, its features and its history, becoming a subject-matter expert Provide first-line support, including basic troubleshooting and testing where required Share customer feedback and insights with product and development teams to inform improvements

Growth & Commercial Success



Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify growth opportunities Actively support sales initiatives, demos and events, helping achieve revenue targets Represent Envisionsoft and TARA at industry events, including standing at exhibitions and presenting demos with confidence

Data & Analytics



Monitor account performance and client satisfaction through data-driven insights Analyse and interpret client data to identify risks, opportunities and success stories Present clear and compelling visual reports that tell the story through data

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement



Attend quarterly focus groups and customer success forums Work closely with the wider Envisionsoft team using tools such as Monday.com to track client activities and projects Contribute to ongoing development of internal processes and best practices

What You Will Need to Succeed



Extensive experience in strategic enterprise technology sales or high growth-oriented mid-market/enterprise account management Experience in a closely related technical field (e.g. WMS software, ERP software, complex software implementations) is highly desirable Background knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing, 3PL sectors is highly desirable Confidence in delivering demos, standing at events and engaging with new stakeholders Incredible communicator, capable of taking complex technical concepts and communicating them in a simple, easy-to-understand manner Ability to hold business and technology focused conversations with senior leadership teams and c-suite in large, complex, global Customer environments Strong people skills: approachable, collaborative, confident, and able to build long-term trust Great analytical skills and the ability to tell a story through data Competence with collaboration tools such as Monday.com
