Role Summary
We're hiring a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to embed within a dedicated team focused on a single, high-growth strategic client. This is not a traditional portfolio-style role -- it's a
mission-critical position
supporting the launch and scale of a newly formed, tightly coordinated unit designed to serve our most important accounts.
As part of this specialized team, you'll act as the
central client advocate
, orchestrating internal delivery, ensuring alignment to objectives, and nurturing a long-term partnership grounded in trust, performance, and proactive support.
You'll work side-by-side with
Campaign Managers
,
Performance Analysts
, and senior stakeholders (including the COO) to ensure flawless campaign execution and consistent communication. Your ability to synthesize insights, anticipate challenges, and represent the client's voice internally will be key to the success of this initiative.
This is a hybrid role based in
London (Hammersmith)
, with flexibility for remote work 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the
main point of contact
for a high-growth strategic client
- Lead onboarding and ramp-up activities: define goals, KPIs, campaign workflows, and reporting cadence
- Present campaign updates, insights, and strategic recommendations in weekly and monthly syncs
- Translate complex performance metrics into actionable business narratives
- Proactively identify issues and lead internal resolution across functions
- Track client satisfaction, health scores, and stakeholder feedback
- Coordinate timelines for asset handovers, creative approvals, campaign launches, and strategy reviews
- Ensure full internal alignment across media, data, and product teams on client priorities
- Contribute to internal playbooks and workflows that will later scale to future strategic accounts
- Represent the
voice of the client
in strategic discussions with leadership
What We're Looking For

3+ years
experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in AdTech or digital media
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with high-level client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Strong knowledge of
digital advertising
: Programmatic, Social, Display, SEM
- Analytical mindset with the ability to
turn campaign data into business insights
- Experience in high-pressure environments requiring clear communication and rapid alignment
- Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello) and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfortable working across time zones and in distributed teams
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients or large performance advertisers
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution modeling
- Experience aligning creative, technical, and marketing teams
- Confidence presenting via Zoom/Slides, with a storytelling mindset
- A proactive, empathetic approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management
