We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide outstanding, ongoing support to our clients. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and implementing new programmes that will increase the business' revenue.
A Customer Success Manager's responsibilities include supporting newly onboarded customers as they transition into our support, building close relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the support they receive is industry leading.
Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they have an active account with us. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
