CloudTech24 are a rapidly growing company supporting global business with outsourced IT and Cyber Security services. The CloudTech24 global HQ is located in Woking, Surrey although we have multiple other office locations including operations in the Philippines. Internally we operate in a modern and paperless office environment and leverage leading technologies to ensure optimal business collaboration and operations.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide outstanding, ongoing support to our clients. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and implementing new programmes that will increase the business' revenue.

A Customer Success Manager's responsibilities include supporting newly onboarded customers as they transition into our support, building close relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the support they receive is industry leading.

Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they have an active account with us. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities



Establish clear client retention goals. Process milestones for the clients and employees to work towards Assist customers with setting up and navigating programmes or software. Conduct regular service reviews with clients Conduct onsite visits to our clients when necessary Promote the value of the product. Work with accounts to upsell services and products with the brand image. Promote value through the customer experience. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials. Be the point of contact for customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

Requirements and skills



Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service Accountability, communication and personal organisation are essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 36,000.00-46,000.00 per year
