What You'll Do



You'll be at the heart of our customer operations -- ensuring every shipper and carrier has an outstanding experience with Loadar. You'll support onboarding, solve problems, and help us run our operations efficiently as we continue to grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Success: Be the first point of contact for shippers and carriers, providing responsive, friendly, and solution-focused support. Onboarding: Guide new customers through platform setup and training, ensuring they're confident using Loadar. Operational Support: Manage key admin processes such as invoicing, payment queries, and CRM updates (HubSpot). Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve our customer journey, streamline internal processes, and enhance efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with our commercial, product, and tech teams to share customer insights and drive improvements.
