We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is perfect for an individual with strong customer success experience who can lead on programme delivery and across multiple areas and teams.
The role plays a crucial part in shaping and enhancing the customer journey by leading key projects focused on improving client satisfaction and engagement. This position is responsible for implementing initiatives that drive exceptional client experiences, foster loyalty, and promote business growth.
Candidates must have strong customer success experience focused on delivering market outcomes and understand the dynamics of the professional services and enterprise B2B industry.
What your days will look like:
Take on an initial project role focused on reviewing the current client experience through a sales and marketing perspective, evaluating content, communications, and interactions to assess overall coherence and messaging effectiveness.
Conduct thorough analysis to identify strengths and gaps in the existing client journey and communication strategy.
Develop a clear and actionable framework outlining what 'good' looks like for client experience, including defining strategic objectives, selecting appropriate channels, and determining types of communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the framework with broader business goals and ensure consistent, impactful client engagement.
Use insights gained to inform recommendations that enhance the client journey, driving better client relationships and supporting sales and marketing objectives.
