Position

As a Customer Success Supervisor you will support the Customer Success management team in delivering sales targets, managing the webstore's customer service operations, and maintaining luxury service standards. This role provides hands-on experience with managing team performance, system processes, and customer feedback.



Key Responsibilities include:


Support the Customer Success Manager in achieving weekly and monthly web sales targets. Monitor SLAs and ensure all orders are processed and dispatched accurately. Manage

r

efunds, returns, and customer feedback to maintain luxury service standards. Update systems, track compliance, and contribute to performance reporting. Collaborate with the team on daily tasks and assist with escalated customer inquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous retail experience would be advantageous Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients. High attention to detail and accuracy
