Role Overview:
The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator acts as the central liaison between customers and our organization, ensuring customer demand is translated accurately into production and delivered on time. You will manage the end-to-end flow of product and information--from order receipt through final shipment--while balancing supply, demand, and operational capacity. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire order cycle including receipt, entry, and validation of customer orders in ERP systems.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and fulfilled in line with customer requirements and internal standards.
Manage raw material, packaging, and customer-supplied product levels to ensure availability while maintaining cost-efficient stock levels.
Reduce the risk of stockouts or excess inventory through active planning and effective collaboration.
Ensure raw materials and components are available to support production requirements and optimize capacity utilization.
Partner with production teams to convert customer demand/forecasts into executable and effective production schedules.
Arrange outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods according to customer deadlines.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Address customer inquiries promptly and manage issue resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
Work with suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and support negotiations on pricing and terms.
Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Respond swiftly to supply chain disruptions and support contingency planning.
Identify and execute opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in supply chain coordination, customer service, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office Suite
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
