Customer Support Assistant

Job Description

The primary role of the Customer Support Assistant is to interact via telephone and email with the organisations large and varied client base, ensuring that the customer receives a market leading experience. Working in a busy operations department, the role will be diverse and involve an element of associated administration tasks.

Key responsibilities and duties



Answering customer calls ensuring bookings are taken correctly and accurately. Responding to customer queries via email. Processing orders that enter through the company's website. Assist with any administration tasks as required. Helping to promote a positive culture throughout the business and work with other colleagues to develop a team ethos. Any other related duties as required including ad hoc projects.

Key Skills



Previous experience in a similar role/environment is preferable.

Professional in their approach to dealing with issues and employees.

Appreciation of confidentiality and discretion.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.

IT skills including a comprehensive understanding of Windows based programmes to include Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of people, both on the phone and face-to-face.

Strong teamwork skills are essential.

Any associated qualifications or the flexibility to attend any training as required.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
1 in 4 Saturday 07:00 - 12:00

Please note, this is an in-person role and remote working is not possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,389.00 per year
