Job Description

Job Title: Dispute Caller

Reports To: Head of Customer Support

This position is initially till Christmas with the possibility of being extended

Job Overview:

The Dispute Caller is responsible for managing the dispute and refund process for trade members, primarily over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make courtesy calls to customers regarding disputes or refunds

Verify and cross-check information provided by customers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:

Professional and courteous telephone manner Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate with basic administrative competency Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with discretion and empathy
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
