As a Moderator, you'll be the heart of our online communities, guiding discussions, ensuring everyone follows community guidelines, and helping our users feel heard, supported, and inspired. You'll play a key role in maintaining the welcoming vibe our platforms are known for.

You won't just be moderating one space -- you'll be helping shape the tone and culture across a few exciting platforms:

Chatlink

- Our event-based chat app where users can make new friends and organize meetups with ease.

Streamcloud

- A short-form video app where creativity meets connection (think TikTok meets YouTube).

Crisis Companion

- A personal safety app that empowers users with voice-activated alerts and smart features like live audio/video recording and GPS tracking in emergencies.

Limelight Dating

- Our newest release! A dating app that breaks the mold -- less restriction, more authenticity, and freedom for different dating styles.

Duties

Monitor and moderate online discussions to maintain a respectful and constructive atmosphere. Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure the integrity of user information and interactions. Analyse user interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community engagement and growth.

Experience

Proven experience in a moderation role or similar position is preferred. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to analyse information effectively and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with online community guidelines is preferred but not essential. A background in customer service or sales can be beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract, Volunteer

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
