Job Description

MyFirst is a forward-thinking insurance provider specialising in telematics-based insurance solutions for young drivers. We utilise advanced telematics technology to offer competitive insurance premiums while promoting safer driving behaviours. Our mission is to provide young drivers with the tools and incentives they need to develop responsible driving habits.

Due to the location of our rural HQ on a farm, you will need to be a car driver to access the office.

We are expanding our customer support driving team and recruiting for a Safe Driving Coordinator - you will play a critical role in promoting safe driving practices among our young driver clients. You will analyse telematics data, engage with policyholders, and develop personalised feedback to help young drivers improve their driving skills. This role combines data analysis, customer service, and education to create a safer driving environment and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

:

Telematics Data Analysis

: Analyse telematics data in the form of customer journeys that are collected from insured drivers to identify driving patterns, behaviours, and risk factors.

Driver Feedback & Education

: Provide personalized feedback and advice to young drivers based on their driving data, focusing on areas for improvement such as speed management, braking, acceleration, and cornering.

Engagement & Support

: Proactively engage with policyholders to encourage safe driving habits through regular check-ins, progress tracking, and addressing any concerns or queries.

Reporting & Insights

: Prepare regular reports on safe driving trends and insights to share with internal stakeholders, contributing to the development of new safety programs and policies.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the underwriting to assess the impact of driving behaviour on risk levels and assist in refining insurance products and policies.

Skills

:

Strong communication skills for delivering feedback Problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to encourage safe driving behaviours.
