Position Overview:

Provide service, repair, and installation of the full range of casino and arcade gaming equipment in our customers' locations and provide remote support from our Bridgend office. As the front line of our after-care function you will offer excellent customer service and high levels of support both from the office and remotely in the field.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



After-care technical support; in the field and using remote tools, email and telephone.

The installation, maintenance and support of:

o Gaming machines

o Network Systems

o Progressive jackpot systems

o Management systems

o Video display systems

o TITO redemption terminals

o Installation of signage units

Carry out testing to ensure accurate fault diagnosis.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.

Coordinate with members of the team to ensure effective planning, organisation and delivery of software update and maintenance schedules.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports.

Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.

Key Skills / Attributes:



Good level technical knowledge including knowledge of PC operating systems including Windows and Linux.

Technical and problem-solving skills in both hardware and software.

Good communication, listening and customer service skills.

Knowledge of electrical theory and safe working practices.

Trained or qualified in a relevant discipline to HNC level or higher.

Knowledge of Networking products and setup

Physically capable of moving and installing equipment, including gaming terminals, following appropriate manual handling training" or similar.

Hold a full UK driving Licence.

Available to work away from home in locations throughout the UK during the working week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
