Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer order progress with the Workshop Manager
Prepare and manage
cost quotations
for customers
Raise and monitor
purchase orders
with suppliers
Manage and issue weekly
customer status reports
Generate and track
customer invoices
Monitor
system-based customer order progress
Oversee and process
warranty orders
Provide proactive customer communication and issue resolution
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word and Excel
is essential
Strong attention to detail and a
methodical approach
to tasks
Experience in front-line
customer communication
is desirable
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Driving licence beneficial due to location

Salary:
27,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
