About the Role:



Chevron is seeking a

Customer Support Executive

to join our growing and fast-paced customer support department. If you're organised, reliable, and have strong Microsoft Office skills -- particularly in

Word

and

Excel

-- this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected business supporting global operations.

You'll play a vital role in coordinating service delivery, customer communication, and internal support functions. This position offers the chance to develop in a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate customer order progress with the Workshop Manager Prepare and manage

cost quotations

for customers Raise and monitor

purchase orders

with suppliers Manage and issue weekly

customer status reports

Generate and track

customer invoices

Monitor

system-based customer order progress

Oversee and process

warranty orders

Provide proactive customer communication and issue resolution

What We're Looking For:



Proficiency in

Microsoft Word and Excel

is essential Strong attention to detail and a

methodical approach

to tasks Experience in front-line

customer communication

is desirable Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good organisational and interpersonal skills Driving licence beneficial due to location

Benefits:



Salary:

27,000 - 35,000 depending on experience

Annual leave:

20 days plus
