What's the role all about?



As our Customer Support Executive, you'll:

Deliver outstanding customer experience

- providing expert advice and assistance via email, live chat, calls, and social media.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently

- ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Support the dispatch team

- making outbound calls to customers and coordinating with the delivery schedule.

Keep customers informed

- providing relevant and up-to-date information at every stage of their order.

Liaise with couriers and internal teams

- working closely with dispatch, sales, and purchasing to resolve queries promptly.

Encourage customer reviews

- promoting engagement on Trustpilot and social media.

What do we need from you?



Previous experience in a customer support, contact centre, or customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general ICT systems. Organised, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks. A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to following issues through to resolution. A positive and professional team player with high integrity.

What about the hours?



You'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Where will you work?



This role is based at our Antrim office, located in the Junction One area. There may be some hybrid working opportunities available.
