Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients, managing customer interactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and care. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively.

Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems. Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions. Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure resolution and gather feedback. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times.

Requirements



Proven experience in customer support or a related role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively. Ability to upsell products or services tactfully during interactions. Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of CRM or other customer management software is a plus. Pay: 18,462.98-28,210.34 per year
